Tom,

That's a managed newsgroup. Not all users are able to post to there as they
may not have a valid Technet subscription

That's a managed newsgroup. Not all users are able to post to there as they
may not have a valid Technet subscription
All you need in a Windows Live account. It's free. Works the same at
Google Groups, too, and Yahoo Groups, and forums, etc. Just signup.
