Norton and rundll.exe

Why don't you contact Symantec?
It's their software!
And after you uninstall it, use their Removal tools to TRY and get the rest
off your computer.

“ Try using the Norton CD to reinstall it. It should give you the option to
repair, install or uninstall it.
