Default how to create partion in window xp

please help me
i am using window xp sp3
my system has only c:drive with lot of space left i want to create a another
drive by using the left space in c: drive without formatting .pls tell me how
i create it

You need to get hold of a third-party partition manager, for example
Partition Magic or gParted.

All you need to do is to go to Start-Control Panel->Administrative
Tools->Computer Manager->Disk Manager. You can right click on the area that
is not used then click create partition. That should get you started.

All you need to do is to go to Start-Control Panel->Administrative
Tools->Computer Manager->Disk Manager. You can right click on the area that
is not used then click create partition. That should get you started.
I think the original poster meant he has one huge C: partition that he
wants to divide into further logical partitions without formatting. You
cannot do this with Disk Manager- only Partition Magic or a similar tool
can help.

I would recommend Partition Commander 10 or newer, it's not free but very
easy to use. Make it a great day.
