Default vLite 1.2: 16-bit support

I noticed "16-bit support" being in vLite 1.2.

Does it mean I could run Windows 3.1 programs after slipstreamning Vi$ta
with vLite?

Vista 32-bit already includes 16-bit support, so vLite would not change
anything. Whether that means it can run Windows 3.1 apps or not I don't
know - I don't have any to try, but it does run (most) old DOS apps I
still have laying around. It only fails on those DOS apps that want
full-screen graphics modes, and DOSBox accommodates them just fine.

Vista 64-bit does not include 16-bit support, and I would be surprised
if something like vLite would be able to add it. I think you would
probably have to use a virtual machine like VMWare or similar.
