My Aero Glass theme has disappeared

I have a Sony VAIO PCV-2210, and Windows Vista Home Premium, but Aero
Doesn't appear, it's just like a blue with rounded rectangular buttons,
even after two re-installations it never shows Aero, I belive it's
because I have a poorly rated(by Microsoft's Performance rating system)
graphics card.

Hi,

Please note the minimum requirements for Vista to enable AERO below:

a.. DirectX 9 video card
b.. Pixel shader 2.0 support
c.. AGP 4x or better or PCI Express video cards are recommended, although
some others may work
d.. At least 64 MB of video memory, more may be needed for higher
resolutions or multiple monitors
e.. A special WDDM video driver
