Hi Bill,
In Vista, after you press Ctrl+Alt+Del, you can use the "Switch User"
or "Log Off" option to then see the log on screen for the other
available created user accounts. If you would like the built-in
Administrator account, then this tutorial below will help show you how
to enable it so that it will be available at the log on screen.
